Q. What is the on-going royalty fee and promotion development fee?

A. The royalty fee is 5% of weekly net sales and the promotion fee is 2% of weekly net sales, totaling 7%.

Q. Does Steak-Out Franchising provide financing for my investment in a Steak-Out Franchise?

A. Steak-Out does not offer financing. However, we can hook you up with lenders and finance companies that do.

Q. What does my on-going franchise fee provide?

A. The fee is for use of the Steak-Out brand, operating systems, and on-going support.

Q. What is the typical size of a Steak-Out unit?

A. 1600-1800 square feet.

Q. How long will it take to open the first store after signing the franchise agreement?

A. Around 180 days.

Q. What are the next steps to proceed with a Steak-Out franchise

A. Complete the "Request for Consideration" form and either fax or mail it to Steak-Out franchising headquarters in Norcross, Georgia. After this document is reviewed, we may call you to schedule a "Discovery Day" where you will spend the day with team members from our licensing, marketing, operations and training departments. We'll also get you to one of our stores to get a behind-the-scenes look at our operations.
