Phone Interview

This allows us to provide you with additional information regarding Steak-Out and to answer your immediate questions.

Discovery Day, Site Visit and UFOC Disclosure

The visit to our corporate headquarters and/or store allows you to meet the staff, and get detailed information regarding franchising with Steak-Out. The Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) will be given to you at this first personal meeting.

Franchise Candidate Assessment Tool

This is an online tool that allows you to compare your needs and attitudes in a number of key areas to those of other successful operators.

Franchisee Phone Calls

You have the opportunity to call existing franchisees and assess the opportunity and lifestyle of current Steak-Out operators.

Application Submitted

You will complete a confidential franchise application allowing Steak-Out to obtain credit verification, a background check, and motor vehicle record. After successful verification of the information on the application, you may be offered the opportunity to join the Steak-Out system.

Franchise Agreements Signed

After receiving the necessary documentation, the Unit Franchise Agreement is created. The signing of the agreement will be scheduled after the required five business day waiting period prescribed by the Federal Trade Commission has past.

Order of Progression Checklist for Store Opening

As a franchise operator, you will proceed to complete the necessary steps provided in the order of progression checklist leading to the store opening.

Four (4) Week Training

You will receive four consecutive weeks of training, three weeks at a certified training store and one week at the corporate office.

Store Opening

Steak-Out team members will assist you in opening your store and continue the training process with your newly hired crew.
